At Essence by Kelly, we offer both physical products and digital products. Please read the information below carefully before placing your order.

Physical Products

 

All physical products are carefully packaged and dispatched within 2–5 working days, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping for physical products is available within the UK only. 

Rates: £2.99 2-4 days delivery. 

• Delivery times are estimated and may vary during busy periods.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation via email.
• Essence by Kelly is not responsible for delays caused by postal services once an order has been sent.

 

If your order includes both physical and digital products, items may be delivered separately.

 

Digital Products

Digital products (including online courses, downloads, and digital resources) are delivered electronically.

• Access details will be sent via email or made available through your online account after purchase.
• No physical item will be posted for digital products.
• Please ensure you enter the correct email address at checkout, as access information is sent to this address.

 

Incorrect Address or Missing Items

Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer

If you believe an item is missing or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
